Applications for ordinary maintenance, please allow 2-5 business days to review and respond to your application. Please allow 5-10 business days for larger projects such as ADUs, Residential and Commercial addition, Tenant Improvements and new construction.
*For projects that include a new address such as for ADUs, JADUs and SB 9 projects, please submit your application using the new address. Projects that have been assigned a new address that submit an application using the main property address or the incorrect address will NOT be accepted.
Please reference your planning approval set for the new address. If the address is not readily available, please contact Building and Safety at 562-866-9771, ext. 2350.
