Fitness Trails

Lakewood's parks, trails and fitness routes are neighborhood resources.

Listed below is the measured mileage for each park and fitness trail route. Although some parks have a simple sidewalk perimeter, other parks have routes designed for a convenient measurement.

Trails and Routes

• Biscailuz Park(PDF, 384KB)  – The perimeter of the park measures 1/3 of one mile.
• Bloomfield Park(PDF, 398KB)  – A 1/2-mile route is posted in the park office.
• Bolivar Park(PDF, 403KB)  – The sidewalk around the perimeter of the park measures 1/2 mile.
• Boyar Park(PDF, 395KB)  – A 1/2-mile route uses the perimeter of the park on the south side of Del Amo. See map at the park for exact location.
• Del Valle Park(PDF, 432KB)  – The sidewalk around the perimeter of the park measures 5/8 of one mile. Two laps is 1.25 miles.
• Mayfair Park(PDF, 401KB)  – A route measuring 1/2 mile has been designed using the south portion of the park. See map at park for details.
• Palms Park(PDF, 406KB)  – This fitness loop is 2/3 of one mile. See map at park for exact location.
• San Martin Park(PDF, 414KB)  – The sidewalk around the park’s perimeter measures just over 1/2 mile. Two laps is just over 1 mile.
• Rynerson Park(PDF, 95KB)  – This is a terrific walkers' park and cycling trailhead to the San Gabriel River Trail.
• West San Gabriel River Parkway Nature Trail(PDF, 3MB)  – The trail is 3 miles long (from Del Amo to Carson round trip).
