How to apply for a booth at the Pan Am Fiesta 

Registration information

Effective 2026, our registration process has changed.

  • Please register for a craft space using the new online form.
  • Mailed or hand-delivered paper applications will not be processed. 

Applications will be accepted beginning Monday, March 2. 

Be sure to include all required documentation, including a copy of your valid Seller's Permit. 

You can also email your permit to crafterapp@lakewoodca.gov.

Be sure to list all items intended for sale on the application, subject to the approval of the Pan Am Fiesta Committee. Any additional items not listed will not be allowed unless approved.

Seller's Permit requirements

  • Vendors must have a Seller's Permit or a Resale Number through the CA State Board of Equalization when selling taxable merchandise or services in California. 
  • Your Seller's Permit must match the name and address on the Pan Am Fiesta Booth Application. Attach a copy to your application even if you've submitted one in the past.

Booth space information

  • Booth spaces are 10' x 10' and include a canopy. All vendors must use the canopy provided by the City and operate within the space provided. See the application for more details.
  • Each vendor or business may apply for a maximum of two booths.
  • The exact location of booth space will be made at the discretion of the Pan Am Fiesta Committee. Non-profit Community Groups applying for a display booth will also be assigned a booth location.

Payment information

  • Payment is by card through the online application form.
  • Refunds will be given only if requested before the date specified on the application.
